        The eXpertConnect app lets you view electricity usage, monitor consumption and demand, receive alerts, review tariff information and access indicative billing details where enabled. It gives customers a convenient way to stay informed about their energy usage from a mobile device.

      • Is my energy data live?

        Energy data in eXpertConnect is periodically updated every 30 minutes from the Expertpower platform. This means the app shows the most recent available meter data, but it may not operate as a live real-time feed.

      • Can I receive alerts for high usage or peak pricing?

        Yes. eXpertConnect can send push notifications for high usage, demand changes, peak pricing alerts and other subscribed notifications. These alerts help you stay informed and respond sooner to unusual activity or important energy events.

      • Can I use eXpertConnect to view billing information?

        Yes, eXpertConnect can display indicative billing information and tariff schedules where these features have been enabled. This helps you better understand your usage and costs, although final billing details may vary depending on your electricity retailer or operator.
